Automates carer onboarding and compliance document verification, AI-driven shift scheduling and rota optimisation, resident care planning, daily task allocation, incident logging, and handover reporting. A companion carer mobile app pushes shifts, tasks, and resident notes to staff on the floor, with every routine workflow, from right-to-work checks to end-of-shift reports, automated and AI-assisted.

A LangGraph multi-agent system built for a national digital agency, automating document routing, task prioritisation, cross-department approvals, and AI-generated reporting. Supervisor, peer, and assistant agent modes with a FastAPI backend and React frontend.
Enterprise RAG Knowledge System
A production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation system deployed for a national government agency, enabling semantic search and intelligent Q&A across thousands of internal policy documents, circulars, and records. Full-stack automation of a major national government service portal, redesigning citizen-facing user journeys and eliminating manual administrative bottlenecks end to end. DeepSeek drives intelligent document classification and data validation, while a Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend power the complete product.
